    ** Co swings to a quarterly loss of $0.36 per share from a
profit of $0.1 per share, a year earlier
    ** Q4 revenue fell 3.1% to $1.2 mln
    ** Last week, co appointed William J. Campbell its interim

    ** Given the recent change at the CFO-level, plans to
postpone guidance until co reports Q1 results
    ** Up to last close, stock rose 71.1% YTD
