Brazil's Petrobras lowers jet fuel prices by 14.2% RIO DE JANEIRO, June 1 (Reuters) - Brazilian state-run oil firm Petrobras PETR3.SA has lowered the average price of jet fuel sold to distributors by 14.2%, or 0.93 real ($0.1847) per liter, starting June 1, it said on Monday.
Petrobras tweaks its jet fuel prices monthly, based on factors including oil prices and currency exchange rates.
The price cut follows increases of 55% and 18% in April and May, respectively, due to higher oil prices linked to the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran.
