    Hotel operator Accor is recruiting 12,000 temporary overseas
employees to operate 65,000 empty rooms in apartments and homes
in Qatar as temporary fan housing for the 2022 soccer World Cup,

    FRENCH ECONOMY:
    France's government cut its growth outlook sharply on
Tuesday but kept its budget deficit forecast steady. 2022 growth
is now expected to be 2.5%, down from a previous estimate of 4%
due to the impact from the Omicron COVID wave at the start of

    France's most fragmented parliament in decades sat for the
