June 26 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and

    ARDIAN:
    Paris-based Ardian has raised more than $20 billion to buy
stakes in private equity funds from investors, the Financial
Times reported on Monday.
   
    CASINO  CASP.PA :
    French supermarket chain on Friday said it had completed the
sale of its residual stake in Assai, representing 11.7% of the
Brazilian retailer's share capital.
    
    ERAMET  ERMT.PA :
    French mining group on Friday said it had redeemed all bonds
maturing on 28 February 2024. 
    
    LATECOERE  LAEP.PA :
    French aerospace company on Friday said it had nominated
Thierry Mootz for Chairman and CEO roles. 
    
    ORPEA  ORP.PA :
    French nursing care provider on Friday said the firm
Ledouble, acting as an independent financial expert, prepared
two valuation reports with a view to implementing the group's
financial restructuring. 
 
    PERNOD RICARD  PERP.PA :
    French spirits group on Friday said it had entered into an
agreement on potential sale of Clan Campbell Blended Scotch
Whisky Brand to Stock Spirits Group.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA /NISSAN  7201.T :
    Nissan  7201.T  has launched an investigation into claims by
a senior adviser that Chief Executive Makoto Uchida carried out
surveillance of his deputy Ashwani Gupta, four people with
direct knowledge of the matter said.
