Latecoere rises on deal to buy Figeac Aero's Mexican activities

** Shares in Latecoere  LAEP.PA  rise 2.6% after the French
aerospace firm agreed to purchase Figeac Aero's  FGA.PA  Mexican

    ** The assets include the Hermosillo industrial site and
Boeing  BA.N  787-related inventory on site at closing
    ** The closing is expected by end-September provided

    ** Portzamparc says the contract is "fully in line with the
group's strategy to rationalise its industrial facilities in
order to make them more agile and competitive"
    ** Midcap Partners says it believes the operation benefits

    ** Latecoere shares, down 28% YTD, are on track for their
best day since June 1
