Australia's Latin Resources jumps on new pegmatite zone find at Brazilian lithium project

** Shares of mineral explorer Latin Resources  LRS.AX  climb
as much as 13.6% to A$0.075, hitting their highest since June 9
    ** Co says it has identified a new pegmatite zone at its
Colina prospect within its Salina lithium project in

    ** Says the results come from its diamond drilling campaign
and include a 7.4 metre intersection of pegmatite with an
estimated 15-20% spodumene
    ** Says metallurgical testwork is underway at Salina
project, which feeds into the co's plan to fast-track
exploration activities to a maiden JORC mineral resource
    ** Stock more than doubled in value YTD, as of last close
