    ** Lithium miner says signed MoU with Minas Gerais State
Economic Development Department and Minas Gerais Integrated
Development Institute
    ** Says MoU to assist on fast-tracking approvals for Salinas
lithium project, Brazil
    ** More than 7.9 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 6 mln shares
    ** Stock up 12.2% this year, as of last close
