May 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:

** TWFG has expanded its specialty MGA platform with the acquisition of Asset Protection Insurance Associates (APIA), the NASDAQ-listed broker said.

** Bullish BLSH.N said it will buy transfer agent Equiniti in a deal valued at $4.2 billion, as the cryptocurrency exchange looks to establish infrastructure to bridge blockchain technology with traditional capital markets.

** Howden has acquired the intellectual property assets of cyber data and analytics provider Cybeta, the broker announced.

** Britain's Intertek ITRK.L said it was reviewing a revised takeover bid from Swedish private equity group EQT AB EQTAB.ST, valuing it at 8.93 billion pounds ($12 billion), weeks after the product testing firm rebuffed previous offers.

** Vodafone VOD.L has agreed to buy its partner CK Hutchison's 0001.HK stake in VodafoneThree for 4.3 billion pounds ($5.8 billion), taking full ownership of Britain's biggest mobile operator a year after it was created. nL4N41I08L

** Derichebourg DBG.PA said it had signed a binding agreement to acquire Scholz Recycling for an undisclosed sum, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. nL8N41I0FJ

** Regis Resources RRL.AX will take over smaller peer Vault Minerals VAU.AX to create Australia's third-largest listed gold producer valued at around A$10.7 billion ($7.67 billion).
