** LSCC to acquire AI cloud and platform management firm AMI in $1.65 billion cash-and-stock deal

** Transaction comprises $1 billion in cash and around $650 million in LSCC shares

** The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026

** AMI is expected to generate over $200 million in revenue in 2026

** As of Monday's close, LSCC up 70% YTD
