Nov 13 (Reuters) - Latvijas Gaze As  GZE1R.RI  
    * Says has objections to requirement of law amendments to 
unbundle a unified transmission and storage entity from trade 
and distribution entity 
    * Current law amendments require to complete reorganisation 
of company in just over a year and sale procedure in nine months 
    * Says asks parliament to consider market to be opened on 
April 3, 2017 in any case, to take note of foreign experience 
and to stipulate that unbundling to be completed by Oct. 1, 2017 
and unbundled parts shall be sold by Dec. 31, 2018 
    * Objects to proposed fine for failure to complete 
unbundling and sale of unified transmission and storage operator
