Aug 3 (Reuters) - Launch Tech Co Ltd  2488.HK  
    * Informed by subscribers under domestic share subscription, 
that each of them failed to obtain necessary approval from PRC 
authorities 
    * Agreed with Guo Shanling and Jiang Quanhong that domestic 
share subscription under Guo's agreement and Jiang's agreement 
will lapse 
    * As a result of lapse of Guo's agreement & Jiang's 
agreement, total number of domestic shares to be issued will be 
decreased upon completion
