Brief: Launch Tech says entered into domestic share subscription agreement

March 28 (Reuters) -    Launch Tech Co Ltd  2488.HK : 
    * Company entered into domestic share subscription 
agreements with each of subscribers respectively 
    * Net proceeds from issue of new domestic shares are 
expected to be approximately rmb454.1 million 
    * Subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe in cash 
for 56.5mln new domestic shares, subscription price about 
rmb8.16 per new domestic share 
    * Application has been made for resumption of trading in h
