 late Thursday that it was notified by the Civil Division of the
U.S. Dept of Justice a Notice of Election to Decline
Intervention with respect to an action filed by third-party
relators against Walden University and LAUR  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2MM26U
    ** The action resulted in the DOJ's examination of the
Masters of Science in Nursing Program at Walden
    ** DOJ investigation is concluded, according to the filing
    ** LAUR shares now down ~4 YTD
