    ** Co reports Q4 net loss of 57 cents per share vs analysts'
estimates of loss of 66 cents per share - Refinitiv 
    ** Research and license rev rose to $2.6 mln for Q4 from
$1.1 mln, a year earlier 
    ** Co's cash, cash equivalents and investments were at
$132.9 mln at qtr end vs balance of $133.2 mln, a year earlier
    ** Says cash balance expected to be sufficient to fund
activities into 2026 
    ** Including session gains, LVTX down nearly 58.9% YTD
