** Shares of Laxmi Organic Industries  LAXR.NS  down 3% to 239.4
rupees
    ** Specialty chemicals maker said on Tuesday its
manufacturing facility located in the western state of
Maharashtra will undergo annual boiler inspection in April
    ** During the said turnaround the availability of the
products will be limited - Laxmi Organic 
    ** LAXR on track for the third straight month of losses, if
trend holds 
    ** Stock set to snap three consecutive quarter of gains 
    ** More than 1.9 mln shares change hands as of 2:04 p.m.
