Inc  LAZY.O  fall as much as 3% to $12.67
    ** Stock on course for third straight session of losses
    ** Company says Nick Tomashot will retire as CFO 
    ** Kelly Porter will succeed Tomashot as CFO on Nov 15, 2022
    ** Tomashot, who joined the company in 2018, will remain
with LAZY as an advisor through the end of the year as part of
the transition 
    ** Stock has fallen ~40% this year
