fall 5.4% to $20.30 early Mon. Stock last down 2.1% at $21.00
    ** LAZY early Mon says board unanimously rejected B. Riley
Financial's  RILY.O  $25 acquisition proposal, saying it

    ** "The Board will continue to take seriously all credible
interest in Lazydays, however we do not believe that now is an
advantageous time to actively pursue a sale of the business," co

    ** Co had about $250 mln market cap prior to buyout offer,
