** Shares of recreational vehicles (RV) retailer Lazydays Holding GORV.O fall as much as 44.4% to a record low of 26 cents

** Co reports Q4 revenue decline of 19.3%, posts adjusted EBITDA loss of $24.3 million vs a loss of $10.7 million a year ago

** Posts decline across vehicle retail and wholesale segments

** Co announces divestiture of three of its stores to add cash to  balance sheet, reduce indebtedness

** Including session moves, GROW has fallen ~68% YTD
