("LBG Media", the "Company" or "Group")
Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
LBG Media plc, a social entertainment powerhouse with a focus on young adults,
is pleased to announce that, following a comprehensive search process, Darren
Singer has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Darren will join
the Board of Directors and take up his role on Monday 9 March 2026.
Darren is an experienced financial executive with a strong track record across
digital media, advertising and technology-enabled businesses. He brings
significant operational and financial expertise to LBG Media across the
strategy, M&A, risk, audit and legal functions.
Darren's most recent role was as CFO at Inspired Thinking Group ("ITG"), a
technology-enabled marketing services and software business. Working closely
with the founder CEO, he supported the business during a period of significant
international expansion, playing a key role in developing and executing
strategies to scale the business globally and further enhance its
technology-led offering.
Previously, Darren was CFO of Global Media & Entertainment Group
("Global") from November 2015, partnering with the executive team as the
business evolved into a more diversified, digitally enabled media group.
Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Guardian Media Group,
GroupM (now WPP Media) and Sky Group, gaining extensive experience operating
at scale within complex, multinational environments.
Dave Wilson, who has served as Executive Chair with a particular focus on
supporting the finance, legal and investor relations teams of LBG Media since
January 2025, will return to his non-executive Chair role, and will oversee a
smooth transition of responsibilities.

(1)Darren was a director of IL Realisations Limited during his tenure at
Global. IL Realisations Limited was a joint venture between Primesight Limited
and Intersection London Limited and was acquired by Global in September 2018.
Following a deterioration in trading performance and a subsequent strategic
review, the company was unable to meet its financial obligations. An
administrator was appointed in November 2019 and subsequently entered
liquidation in March 2022. The estimated deficiency to creditors was
approximately £11.7 million, with the business and certain assets sold to BT
Telecommunications plc.
Darren Singer holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in
accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

act. We do this by producing and distributing digital content such as videos,
editorial, images and audio through our brands, such as LADbible, UNILAD,
Betches and SPORTbible, which are dedicated to distinct popular interests.
We help brands reach young adults on social media platforms, such as Facebook,
Instagram, Snapchat, X, YouTube and TikTok and our owned and operated
websites.
Engagement is at the heart of what we do - which comes through in our two main
revenue streams:
a We create bespoke content for blue-chip advertisers that gives them access to
a young adult audience that is hard to reach for traditional media players.
This is distributed across social media platforms and our owned and operated
websites. We call this 'Direct' revenue.
b Third parties - such as social media platforms - generate revenue by placing
advertising next to our content. We call this 'Indirect' revenue, and the
revenue is shared between the publisher, which is us, and the social media
platform.
