U.S. stocks rose sluggishly on Wednesday, as investors awaited the Federal
Reserve's minutes from its latest meeting, while assessing the latest
developments in the U.S.-China trade talks.  .N 
    At 11:37 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.05
percent at 25,904.08. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.10 percent at 2,782.57 and the
Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was up 0.23 percent at 7,503.96.
