Aug 15 (Reuters) - Samko Timber Ltd  SAMT.SI : 
 * The proposed disposal of shares in Pt Slj Global Tbk)  SAMT.SI  
 * Has agreed to sell all the 766.3 million shares in Pt Slj Global Tbk 
 * Deal for for a total consideration of idr95.78 billion 
 * Estimates that there will be net proceeds of approximately IDR96 billion from the proposed disposal 
 * Says co entered into a conditional agreement with Koh Tji Kiong @ Amir  Sunarko 
 * Says expected to report a gain of approximately IDR57 billion from the  proposed disposal 
 * Has agreed to sell shares to Amir Sunarko at IDR125 for each Pt Slj share 
 * Net proceeds will be utilised to optimise balance sheet leverage and to provide on-going working capital support for business growth
