    LECTRA  LECS.PA :
    Lectra cut on Monday its revenue and recurring operating
income due to delays in contracts and increasing uncertainty
among its clients resulting from tensions between the U.S. and
China, and Mexico. The company now expects a 1%-4% decline in
revenue and 4%-14% decline in recurring operating income. It had
