Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM")
The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holders of shares in the Company (the "Registered Shareholders"), for the purposes of seeking your approval to apply to the Central Bank for registration of the Company as an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (the "ICAV").
The circular also advises the Registered Shareholder of additional changes not requiring approval, all of which are clarifications and do not have any material impact on the manner in which sub-funds are managed.
a)   The amendment is proposed to simplify and standardise the investment objectives of a number of sub-funds by replacing each sub-fund's full name with the defined term "the Fund", with no change to the underlying investment objectives or investment strategy set out by example below:

The investment objective of the L&G Clean Energy UCITS ETF (the "Fund") is to provide exposure to the global clean energy industry.

b)   The amendment is proposed to restructure the Prospectus and Supplements to streamline and simplify the Company's offering documents, improve consistency and comparability across sub-funds, and reduce duplication and overall document length.
Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around December 2026.
The EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 9 September 2026 at 12.00pm (Irish Standard Time).
Copies of the notices issued to the Registered Shareholder have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and www.lgim.com.
Further RNS and stock exchange announcements will be made to inform the Registered Shareholder of the outcome of the EGM.
