On 26 March 2026, António Simões, Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company"), transferred 188,097 Ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the Company to his spouse, Tomas de Zarate, at nil consideration per Share. Following this transaction, the aggregate beneficial shareholding of António Simões stated in the Company's  directors' remuneration report will remain unchanged and António Simões (together with his closely associated persons) continues to hold a material shareholding in the Company to align his interests with shareholders.
