The following notification made under article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the vesting of restricted shares awarded on 8 April 2025.

 

The first tranche of this award vested on 8 April 2026 and were released under the terms of The Legal & General Group Share Bonus Plan ("SBP") in respect of the PDMR below. Further tranches of this award are due to vest on 8 April 2027 and 8 April 2028.

 

Under the plan provisions, the default of selling sufficient shares to cover tax liabilities and retention of the remaining shares is applied.
