The following document has been approved by the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 22 June 2020 and is available for viewing:
Offering Memorandum dated 22 June (the "Offering Memorandum") relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc on 24 June 2020 of £500,000,000 5.625 per cent. Fixed Rate Reset Perpetual Restricted Tier 1 Contingent Convertible Notes (the "Notes").
Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 25 June 2020.
