Directorate Change

 

 

The Board of Directors of HSBC ETF's plc (the "Company") wishes to announce
the following change to the composition of its Board of Directors;

 

The resignation of Eimear Cowhey from her position of Non-Executive Director
on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 31 March 2024 and
the appointment of Eve Finn (the "New Director") to the position of
Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect
from 1 April 2024 in her place.

 

The New Director is or was a director of the following companies during the
last five years:

 

 Current Directorships      Previous Directorships

 Director - Basispoint CLG  Executive Director - LGIM Mangers (Europe) Ltd        (2017-2023)

 (2020-Present)

 

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and there is
