Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") announces that a notice
convening the 2024 Annual General Meeting has been published and issued to
shareholders.

 

The AGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 70 Sir
John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 11 December 2024 at 12:30 pm (Irish
Standard Time).

 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the
