RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the
annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") was held at the registered
office of the Company, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 4
December 2025 at 9:15 a.m. (Irish) time. All resolutions proposed in the
Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed as follows:
