The Company announces that a shareholder notice has been issued to the
registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund's (the "Registered Shareholder"),
the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of
advising the Registered Shareholder of the intention to reclassify the
Sub-Fund as an Article 8 fund under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure
Regulation (the "SFDR") and change the name of the Sub-Fund in the manner set
out below:

Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
