Notification of new directorship 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company announces that Lizabeth Zlatkus, a non-executive director of Legal & General Group Plc, has been appointed as a non-executive of Indivior Plc with effect from 1 September 2016. Lizabeth will also be appointed as a member of Indivior Plc's Audit Committee.
