 * Received on 2 August 2016, an originating summons dated 27 July 2016 
 * Summons filed against the company and yang's holdings capital limited 
 * L & a international -court ordered, inter alia, that yang's holdings shall 
   exercise its voting rights in respect of the relevant shares in any general 
   meetings of the company 
 * L & a international - summons filed by sun jiyou; chen haiyan; liu jing; ling 
   chuanshun; (v) zhang bing; and xiao laiwen as the plaintiffs 
 * L & a international -court ordered hearing of plaintiffs' application for an 
   order that co shall register transfer of relevant shares and injunction 
   sought, shall be adjourned
