French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch November 10

Nov 10 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AIRBUS SE AIR.PA:    European aerospace group Airbus' subsidiary Satair is acquiring Unical Aviation to boost used serviceable material capabilities, including seven operational sites across North America, Spain, and the United Kingdom, with the deal expected to close in early 2026.

BARCO NV BAR.BR:    Belgian visualization technology company Barco announced a share buyback program for a maximum total amount of 30 million euros, starting on November 10, 2025 and ending latest on March 3, 2026.

EIFFAGE FOUG.PA:    French construction and concessions group Eiffage won a public-private partnership to build a new prison in Vresse-sur-Semois, Belgium, with a total investment of 171 million euros and completion scheduled for 2029.

ENGIE ENGIE.PA: Three drones were detected above Belgium's Doel nuclear power plant on Sunday evening, a spokesperson for energy company Engie ENGIE.PA said. There was no impact on the plant's operation and authorities have been informed, the spokesperson said.

FRANCE/POLITICS/SARKOZY:  Former French president Nicolas Sarkozy's request to be released from jail pending an appeal will be heard in a Paris court on Monday, weeks after he started a five-year sentence for conspiring to raise campaign funds from Libya.

LEGRAND LEGD.PA:    French electrical equipment manufacturer Legrand signed a share buyback agreement to purchase a maximum of 500,000 shares (around 0.19% of its capital) at up to 150 euros per share between November 10 and December 30, 2025, mainly for performance share plans.

VALLOUREC VK.PA:    French steel tubes manufacturer Vallourec announced Chief Financial Officer Sascha Bibert will leave the company in December to pursue an opportunity in Germany, with his replacement already identified and set to join the executive committee in early December.
