ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 4(Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:

The drugmaker got a fourth-quarter lift from its COVID-19
test business, where higher sales offset a decline at its drugs
unit whose revenue was dragged down by the pandemic and
patent-expired cancer drugs that lost ground to rivals.
Fourth-quarter sales rose 1% at constant exchange rates to 14.3
billion Swiss francs ($15.9 billion). Pharmaceuticals sales fell
7% to 10.2 billion francs, while diagnostics revenue, including
from the COVID tests, rose 28% to 4.1 billion francs.

ABB saw improving market conditions during its fourth
quarter although uncertainties had also increased with the
reintroduction of COVID-19 restrictions towards the end of last
year, the engineering company said. Revenues increased 2% to
$7.18 billion, beating market expectations, while it reported a
net loss of $79 million, missing analyst expectations for a
