** Stock marks biggest intraday pct gain since April 10

** Integrated real estate business posts FY profit after tax of A$225 mln ($146.6 mln) vs year-ago loss of A$1.5 bln

** Announces final dividend of 17 Au cents per share

** Sees strong visibility to earnings from project completions to drive sustained earnings rebound from FY27

** LLC last up 5.1%, trimming YTD losses to 6.4%
