** Shares of Lennar LEN.N are down 2.4% in afternoon trading Tues, with the homebuilder seen reporting a decline in yr-over-yr rev and EPS in its quarterly results due after the closing bell

** Analysts expect qtrly rev of $9.02 bln vs $9.95 bln in the yr-ago period and EPS of $2.22 vs adj EPS of $4.06 a yr ago, according to LSEG

** The median 12-mo PT is $125.00; the stock was last at $117.32

** Analyst recommendations on the stock include five "strong buy" or "buy" ratings, 11 "hold" ratings and four "sell" or "strong sell" ratings

** Lennar in September gave a Q4 forecast that disappointed investors

**  LEN is down about 11% YTD compared with a roughly 16% gain in the S&P 500 .SPX in that period
