July 25 (Reuters) - Lentex SA LTX.WA :
* Said on Friday that it signed an annex to the 44 million
zloty ($11.1 million) loan contract it got in Jan. from PKO BP
SA for an investment in a new technology line
* Under the annex, the value of the loan has been reduced to
34 million zlotys
* Says the reduction will not affect the company's
operations
