Nov 23 (Reuters) - Lentex SA LTX.WA :
* Said on Tuesday that resolved to retire 5,428,707 own
shares acquired during buyback
* Following retirement of 5,428,707 shares the company's
capital will be lowered by 2.2 million zlotys ($530,018), to
20.0 million zlotys
* Under resolution from June 24, 2013 on shares repurchase
through self-tender acquired so far 11,724,832 own shares from
usable pool of 12,602,620 own shares
* Decided not to repurchase remainder of 877,788 shares that
can be purchased within the granted authorization
