July 4(Reuters) - Groclin SA  GCN.WA : 
    * Said on Friday it signed new investement credit facility 
agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK SA  BZW.WA  for 1.7 million 
euros ($1.89 million) to refinance acquisition of 51 pct stake 
in CADM AUTOMOTIVE
