Feb 25 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Wednesday:

**  French utility Engie ENGIE.PA struck an agreement to acquire UK Power Networks, an electricity distribution network operator, for an equity value of 10.5 billion pounds ($14.23 billion). [nL4N3ZL1YH]

**  Britain's Revolut is considering a fresh sale of shares in the latter half of this year, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3ZL1C7

**  Investment firm General Atlantic is selling an equity stake in ByteDance in a deal that values the Chinese social media giant at $550 billion, two people with knowledge of the matter said, marking a dramatic rise in the privately held shares. nL6N3ZL0WN

** Swedish private equity group EQT  said it had decided not to proceed with a takeover offer for Oxford Biomedica , sending the British cell and gene therapy manufacturer's shares down nearly 10% premarket. nL4N3ZL16X

** GSK  has agreed to pay $950 million in cash for Canadian biotech 35Pharma, marking the second major deal new CEO Luke Miels has struck to accelerate development of new medicines at the British drugmaker. nL4N3ZL0H0

** South Korea's LG Energy Solution <373220.KS> is selling its 7.5% stake, or shares worth at least A$419 million ($297.99 million), in Australian lithium producer Liontown  in a block trade, according to a term sheet. nL1N3ZL061

** French payments group Worldline  said it would sell its Indian payment services business to BillDesk for an estimated equity value of around 60 million euros ($71 million). nFWN3ZK1I0

** Payments firm Stripe is considering an acquisition of PayPal  or parts of the digital payments pioneer, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3ZK1Z6
