 * Exercise of option to purchase a property and entry into joint venture  agreement)  LHNL.SI  
 * Deal for cash consideration of s$26 million 
 * MPPL and its shareholders, LHN GMT and GMTC, have entered into a joint  venture agreement 
 * Joint venture are not expected to have material impact EPS of the group for current financial year ending 30 September 
 * LHN GMT and GMTC shall contribute an aggregate of up to s$199,998 in equity capital in equal proportion
