 * Says Jv Co has on 1 December 2015 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Renesas Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. 
 * Says deal for purchase of property located at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 Singapore for consideration of s$30 million 
 * Consideration including deposit would be satisfied by Jv Co's internal resources which will be borne equally by shareholders and bank borrowings
