   with yiwu city lif 
 * Lianhua supermarket co - Zhejiang century Lianhua agreed to lease Yiwu 
   property from Yiwu city life commencing on 15 July 2016 to 14 July 2017 
 * Rent payable by Zhejiang century Lianhua under leasing agreement for period 
   from 15 July 2016 to 14 July 2017 is RMB54 million per annum
