Charter to buy Liberty Broadband in all-stock deal
Nov 13 (Reuters) - Cable operator Charter Communications CHTR.O has agreed to buy its biggest shareholder Liberty Broadband LBRDA.O in an all-stock deal, the companies said on Wednesday.
