Charter to buy Liberty Broadband in all-stock deal (updated)

Nov 13 (Reuters) - Cable operator Charter Communications
CHTR.O has agreed to buy Liberty Broadband LBRDA.O in an
all-stock deal, the companies said on Wednesday.
U.S. cable pioneer John Malone's Liberty Broadband owns
32.05% stake in Charter, according to data compiled by LSEG.
