The Netherlands, 1 November 2018-Cable and Wireless International Finance B.V. (the "Company") cancelled £63,100,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.625% guaranteed bonds due 2019 (the "Bonds") on 31 October 2018 following the repurchase of such Bonds by the Company in connection with the previously announced tender offer to repurchase any and all of the Bonds for cash (the "Offer"), which expired at 5:00 p.m. London time on 26 October 2018 (the "Cancellation").

(1) The aggregate principal amount preceding the Cancellation comprises bonds sold pursuant to Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The aggregate principal amount of Bonds outstanding prior to the Cancellation was £200,000,000, of which Cable & Wireless Limited repurchased but did not cancel £53.3 million prior to the date hereof. Cable & Wireless Limited did not participate in the Offer.
Following the Cancellation, £136,900,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds will remain outstanding and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
