Liberty Global plans to put Virgin Media's UK network into new company
LONDON, Feb 16 (Reuters) - Liberty Global LBTYA.O said
on Friday it planned to put its Virgin Media 02 cable and fibre
network, which serves 16 million homes, into a new network
company, according to slides published ahead of an investor
presentation.
Virgin Media O2 is jointly owned by Liberty Global and
Telefonica TEF.MC .
