Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on April 17

April 17 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    Spanish renewable energy firm Acciona Energia has decided to
restructure its businesses in Brazil, it said on Tuesday, after
Reuters reported the subsidiary of infrastructure giant Acciona

    FERROVIAL  FERF.AS  
    Ferrovial has filed before the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) the documentation required for foreign
companies wishing to be listed in the country, according to
Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias. In the document, Ferrovial does
not provide a specific time frame for the completion of the
operation, the paper adds.
    
    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC  
    Britain's Virgin Media O2, jointly owned by Telefonica and
Liberty Global  LBTYA.O , has clinched a deal with Elon Musk's
satellite business Starlink to offer mobile phone services and
internet access in remote rural areas of the British Isles,
including the Scottish Highlands, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
said on Wednesday.

    HSBC raised Iberdrola's target price to 13.5 euros from 13.1
