FCC settles data breach notification case with Liberty Latin America

June 13 (Reuters) - The Federal Communications Commission struck a settlement with Liberty Latin America on Thursday, ending an investigation into whether the telecommunications company failed to report a data breach and requiring it to pay a $100,000 penalty, the agency said.
