Tripadvisor jumps on forming committee to evaluate potential deal

** Travel company Tripadvisor's  TRIP.O  shares jump ~12% to
$25.01 in extended trade 
    ** Co forms special committee to explore potential deal
    ** Says it will evaluate any proposals that may be brought
forward for a "potential deal"
    ** The committee will also evaluate Liberty TripAdvisor
Holdings  LTRPA.PK ; LTRPA owns 21% of TRIP's common stock
    ** In 2023, TRIP stock rose ~20%
